Up to 2kg - Tracked 24h - £5.50 Over 2kg - Tracked 24h - £9.50

Frozen Goods

• Frozen products are shipped by DPD Next Day Courier by 12pm ONLY due to the perishable nature of the food. 

• Charge for up to 15kg is £10.99 and is the same all over the UK (apart from some postcodes in Scotland, Northern Ireland & The Channel Isles)

• Charge for large parcels over 15kg is £15.49

• A Saturday delivery option is available and this costs £15.99

• We still ship to some postcodes in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles - Jersey & Guernsey but we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm. Charges are as follows - 

Up to 10kg - £22.95

Up to 20kg - £28.49

Thermal Packaging Charge (Frozen goods only)
Frozen items come with a thermal packaging charge that starts from £4.50, maximum of £15, depending on the size of your order.

Disclaimer

Unfortunately delivery delays, losses and damages during delivery, are out of our control and we cannot be responsible for said damages or delays. Moreover, as we are small business we cannot offer full refunds as it is logistically impossible. However, every case is different so we will assess the situation and see what we can do. 

Thermal Packaging Info

• We use a combination of ice gel packs, premium boxes and pure sheep's wool fleece liners to keep our food in the best condition on its way to you. All ice-gel packs can be re-used and the wool upcycled. 

• Our wool liners are natural, renewable, reusable, recyclable, compostable and returnable, Wool is one of the most sustainable materials on the planet, being available in abundance as a by-product of rearing sheep.
