Our delicious Imqaret... Sweetened with Dates, scented with Aniseed and perfumed with Maltese Anisette liqueur.

Perfectly deep fried straight from frozen for a few seconds each side in 200°C oil. Left to cool and lightly dusted with icing sugar. ❤️😋 They can also be baked (always from frozen) for about 15-20 minutes in a 200°C preheated oven.

You can serve them with Vanilla ice cream or go British and serve them with Clotted Cream.
